DIVORCE
Divorce cases are either contested or uncontested matters. A contested divorce is one in which the parties cannot agree on all or some of the issues and the unresolved issues must be decided by a judge or a jury.
An uncontested divorce is one in which the parties agree on all issues involved and their agreement meets the requirements of the law as to custody, visitation and child support. This is the least expensive method of obtaining a divorce and can be completed in a relatively short period of time.
The issues that must be resolved in a Divorce include:
· Custody
· Visitation
· Child Support
· Health Insurance
· Alimony
· Property Division, (house, cars, furniture, toys, pets, etc.)
· Attorney Fees.
