Our goal is to make you feel a sense of relief when you hire a lawyer from Gribble, Carpenter & Associates. At the end of your initial consultation if you decide to hire one of our lawyers, know that your problem just became our problem! We will carry your burden and fight your fight with legal skill and expertise. We know when to be aggressive and when to be diplomatic. We will take a stand for you.
Charles Carpenter, one of our founding attorneys, likes to say we are here for you when "life happens." Billy Gribble, another founding attorney, likes to look at cases as opportunities for clients to better themselves or their lives--to bring in "a new day.'' Both attorneys agree that clients deserve lawyers that truly care and will fight hard at a reasonable cost.
Currently we are a five-attorney firm. You can view each attorney's profile from here. Each attorney brings his or her own unique skill set, focusing on diverse practice areas. So whether you need a divorce or child custody attorney, a bankruptcy attorney, a DUI attorney or simply need a will or a business incorporated, we can help.
In fact, we have successfully prosecuted personal injury and wrongful death cases, handled divorce cases with seven-figure marital estates, murder cases, drug cases, DUI charges, probate matters such as will contests, child custody disputes, juvenile delinquency matters, paternity cases, adoptions, land disputes, landlord-tenant cases, matters such as domestic assault including prosecuting and defending orders of protection, creditor matters, civil rights matters and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7 and 13.
We are experienced in many other areas of the law and can be reached at 865-980-7700 to set up an appointment for your consultation. We charge a small $50.00 consultation fee. This is necessary to protect our attorneys' time and availability for serious inquiries only. If we take your case, we will apply your consultation fee to your case so that your consultation is ultimately free if we are retained. We do not charge a consultation fee on some cases such as personal injury, social security disability cases or bankruptcy matters.
We accept major credit cards for your convenience. A 3% fee may be added to the cost of the transaction.
